Class/Level: BRD/MCH/DNC Lv100
Party or solo: Both
Area and coordinates: The Final Verse/Pilgrim's Traverse
The actions of physical ranged DPS are less potent relative to other jobs while inside The Final Verse/Pilgrim's Traverse compared to outside those duties. This discrepancy affects both damage and healing actions of physical ranged DPS and does not appear when comparing between any two non-physical-ranged DPS.
The effect can be seen most clearly when comparing the healing amount of Second Wind inside and outside The Final Verse while solo since the action has the same potency between jobs and is unaffected by any of their traits. I have produced a table of Second Wind healing data for all jobs which have it to demonstrate this.
Steps:
It can be seen that outside The Final Verse/Pilgrim's Traverse with minimal gear, the healing amounts of the physical ranged DPS are roughly the same as the other jobs (and even slightly higher due to my character's racial stats and the jobs' base stats). However, inside The Final Verse the healing amounts of the physical ranged DPS have fallen behind the other jobs which have stayed roughly equal to each other.
This also affects damage actions. For example, BRD's Ladonsbite does 20% more damage than RPR's Spinning Scythe outside The Final Verse/Pilgrim's Traverse when both jobs have an equivalent amount of stats — these actions have the same potency but BRD's Increased Action Damage II trait gives it a 20% boost. However, when solo in The Final Verse Ladonsbite will only do around 10% more damage than Spinning Scythe at the same level of Illumed Aetherpool Arm. Again, this discrepancy does not appear when comparing between any two non-physical-ranged DPS.

- Be outside The Final Verse/Pilgrim's Traverse with no gear equipped except the job's Hellhound weapon (which has no stats except 9 Physical Damage).
- Use Second Wind repeatedly and note down the non-critical healing amounts.
- Be inside The Final Verse solo with +99 Illumed Aetherpool Arm.
