Partner gifted me a Ninja

So as the title says, my loving partner gifted me the Ninja Skill book thing. I was working on learning and leveling it but apparently wasn’t going fast enough. (Primarily run healer or ranged DPS). Now I have all these buttons and no idea what any of them do. Where can I learn what they do? On the plus side. I look fantastic
