After 26 windows, I've seen the bite twice, and both times it's slipped me. Except I can't even be confident of that, can I? Given that tonight, I finally reeled one in, just after the grace period of my first modest lure, so sure that it was too early to be Sound of Fury (12s with chum)... And lo and behold. It was Sound of Fury.
One more window, then it goes down for 15 days... by which time the DT legendaries will be out.
But no matter how long it takes, whether it's 5 more days or 500, one more window or a thousand... I WILL catch it. And I will stare into its eyes as I put it on a canvas, and it will know it was me who caught it.
And then I will finally have satisfaction.
... I'm doing fine, guys.
