New player, been watching a lot of guides on the basics and one thing I see repeated everywhere is to never ever click your abilities in the hotbar but instead use keybinds.
I have a mouse with a million side buttons but the problem I run into is that I have very bad joint pain in my hands from many years of gaming and drawing so nowadays I usually have to wear compression gloves which limit my movement quite a bit, making it pretty impossible to use said side buttons, so I've developed a (apparently) bad habit of simply clicking the ability icons.
How fucked am I?
