I've been stupidly busy, so I have not yet had the time for a cooking feast, but on Tuesday or Wednesday, I think, I managed to squeeze in some time to make some messy food, with a horrible presentation:

Spaghetti chicken casserole with green bell peppers, onions and pimentos, topped with sharp cheddar cheese.
