[Occult Cresent] Is engaging only FATE best way to leveling Phantom Job?

As far as I know, CE gave you 720 job exp, FATE gave you 240 job exp. CE take time to spawn and finish it but with FATE, it take only a few minutes to spawn and clear. So I engage only on FATE to leveling up my Phantom Job, is it the right way to do?
