I got a pot and was trying to find the chest. I went into the building near the chest location (the entrance to the Subterrene), and the pot spawned the chest, but from that location, the chest cannot be seen or targeted. At first I thought it hadn't appeared at all. I eventually went all the way around the building to find the chest, and by the time I found it, it had expired. I don't think the pot should spawn the chest for someone inside the building.
