Hello, I am making this post because I haven not been able to find a solution to this issue anywhere, and I also haven't seen almost anybody else talking about it.
For starters, I am not the player with this issue, but a friend. The player with this issue is not allowed to post on the forums because they haven't been able to create a character yet. Here's what's happening:
My friend bought the game on the Nintendo Switch 2 yesterday. She has never had a SE account before so she went through the step-by-step, and completed her registration and account linking with her game. She was finally able to open the game, and then as soon as she clicks "Start", it asks her which DC/Server she wants to create her first character. However, as soon as she picks one (say, Primal Behemtoh for example) the game loads for a bit, then shows the error in the image attached. If you can't see the image, it says: "The lobby server connection has encountered an error." and the error code is 3107.
Since then, we have tried all the main suggestions, and eventually opened a ticket with support. The support technician replied saying it was an issue caused by congestion, and that she would have to wait. Unfortunately, that is incorrect, because my friend tried every data center (including EU, JP, Oceania) and at multiple different times of day during the whole day today, and the error persisted.
Please, I would like to know what else I can do. The only thing left that she hasn't done yet is to reinstall the game, although she did run the file integrity check and it came up with no corrupted files found, so I don't think that will help. She also tried changing her DNS to Google DNS, but also nothing.
