I played the Nier Raids back when I was getting through Shadowbringers and loved them, especially having played Replicant and Automata (and the IOS reincarnation game RIP)
Recently though, my duty roulettes for Ally raids have been the crystal tower raids. As much fun as I have getting through the tower for the 10000th time, my heart flutters with excitement whenever I load into an ally raids and it’s not crystal tower.
For the last 3 days in a row, I’ve gotten lucky and played through the 3 neir raids. From the music to the bosses (creative boss design, including the mini hacking game) to the set pieces, these raids are really top tier.
I think the EW and DT raids are good too, especially the FF11 raids, but, something is just super special with the Nier raids to me. It’s one of those raids where safety Dorito is almost mandatory for the newbies.
Anyone else find rank this ally raid series as one of their favorites? Would you like to see some mechanics similar in Evercold with the ally raid?
