 | So I did start a few days ago after doing alot of research(I have a folder in my phone with everything I've been told via discord or from own research so far!) however for rp and lore purposes there were a few things I wanted to change and also really deep down wanted to start as a Conjurer to be a White Mage(I know you can multi class but for me I'd rather stick to jobs like White Mage for rp and Culinarian cause I love food lol) so I started again, this time in Gridania and it's so pretty! much more my thing. I chose my deity as Nophica and also my characters birth date as my own irl. I chose Hyur Midlander purely because I wanted my character to resemble me ie ginger, long hair front fringe etc. I also chose Tonberry server because I was told on the discord server that as an Australian this is the most popular server for us in Oceana. I've played MMOs before(alil bit of Ragnarok origin but stopped cause I found it incredibly P2W, AQW if you'd call it a proper MMO, and other old ones in the past) but none like this! Sooo much to learn and get accustomed to I feel alil overwhelmed but I'm excited to have a new world to escape into! Once further in the game Id love to play with others. Since I'm a total newbie to FFXIV any and all advice is very much welcomed ie system Configs, HUD layout etc even though I've somewhat got that part down packed so far. Also any gameplay advice and any Configs I can do to make the game play better(I'm on a Lenovo legion). The community on discord have possibly been one of the most beginner friendly patient and welcoming communities I've come across unlike some other games.
