I’ve played this game on and off but never too seriously, but now I find myself super bored of WoW and I have the itch to play FF again. In all honesty however I am such a newbie, and I find most games have a huge learning curve for me and I’m easily confused!

I have some questions if you don’t mind answering!
My inventory management is terrible, is there any easy way to know what I can get rid of?
The endgame, I’m going through MSQ right now but I personally LOVE endgame content like raids and dungeons, I’ve always preferred group instanced content to anything else. What is it like in FF? Is there an easy way to get into it or you have to find a guild or static?
In other games I played, the best gear is either crafted or farmed from hard endgame content. I heard it is the same here? So is there an “item level” for gear? Do you get gear from drops?
Literally any tips and tricks you have or any advice please share
