Short summary... The Neo Kingdom Tabard of Maiming comes with an odd color split on the back that makes me, and others I've spoken to who see the same thing on their armor, believe that the way the color is mapped/applied to the armor is incorrect.

Steps:
1. Equip the Neo Kingdom Tabard of Maiming item that is available from the NPC Ryubool Ja in Tuliyollal onto your character.
2. Turn the camera behind your character and observe the back of the armor at the bottom.
3. Notice that the armor has two colors shown on the same piece of cloth which doesn't make much sense given that it is one piece of cloth and this color difference isn't shown on any other part of the armor.
4. Compare this to the Neo Kingdom Tabard of Fending which uses the same armor model but doesn't have this color split at the back of the armor at the bottom.
5. Optionally dye either piece of armor to notice the effect more clearly.
