All Exploration Zones have had a system where you can have some flexibility for what job you use to play. Each have had their ups and downs, but here is my vision for a version for 8.0 called the Found Actions for simplicity.

The Phantom Jobs system continues, but with a twist. This time, you are given 8 slots. Up to 6 slots are reserved for Found Actions from your Found Job, and the rest can be filled by any Found Action.
Found Jobs maintain the EXP system, but this time, when you master a Found Job, you gain the ability to use their Found Actions on any other Found Job, using the cross-action slots.

Found Fragments have a varying chance to grant you permanent access to their dedicated Found Action, but each has an alternate version... Both Lesser and Greater Found Fragments can be sold on the Market Board.
The Found Holster carries over from Bozja, exclusively used for Found Items. Found Items can be obtained by trading Found Fragments at a vendor or found in the world. They go to a chest, but your Found Holster only has so much space, and can be upgraded with rare materials obtained through various means. Found Freelancer returns, but with the twist of being able to assign any trait and any Found Action to it. As you master more Found Jobs, the amount of available slots on Found Freelancer increases.
A new quirky Found Job can be accessed right at the start, known as Found Mime. Once mastered, you unlock a Found Action known as Found Mimicry. You can use it on any player to mimic the Found Job they are playing as, granted in buff form. Found Mimicry makes you gain experience for the Found Job you are mimicking instead of the job you are playing as, and the buff persists even if you swap out Found Actions.
