My Account Got Login Restricted/suspended, But I Never Got An Email About The Suspension....

I am making this post because I am hoping someone was in a similar situation before.

So the following happened:I got an email from Square Enix, saying that someone tried to access my account, and that my account is login restricted and that I should change my password. So I did that, I changed my password, etc. and followed the instructions. After a week of receiving that email, I tried to login to my account to play some FFXIV, and it basically tells me "You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered", it's basically telling me I need to enter my product codes. Well, I can't enter them because when I login to mogstation, it just says I am suspended. (I have also never been suspended before, so I don't know if this is normal or not).

I have tried to contact Square Enix support and I told them, I never received an email about being suspended, just about restricted login and I asked them if they can lift it.

Basically, they just told me I should login and talk to the GM that suspended me.. when I never got anything about being suspended in first place. And also, before getting login restricted, I havent logged into the game in like 2 weeks or something..

But I can't do that, all I got was an email about being temporarily login-restricted, but never got anything about being suspended.



Btw: I also checked all my email folders (spam, advertisement) for an email. I never found anything, also tried looking for "suspension" or "square enix" but didnt find anything either.



Has anyone been in a situation like this and knows what to do? I would really appreciate that
