Why have a roulette dedicated to only 3 duties?
A lot of stuff in the MSQ is a very long wait, you might even have to make a party finder or data-center travel to hope to get into certain trials.
As the msq has got longer, it has got harder to find parties, especially in the post ARR and pre-dawntrail content. This is why they added duty support, however it does no good when there is none present.
Maybe one day everything gets duty support. But until then - they should get more priority for roulette players to help.
