Heya ^
For around a month now i noticed both on PC and mobile a pretty bad issue with the Website constantly asking for logins.
It extremely extremely frequently asks me to Login to my account again and again which normally wouldn't be an issue but it comes with the issue that these logins keep resetting my progresses in whatever i was trying to do (pay my sub, write a support ticket etc.
For example, if i get requested to login during the prolonging of my playtime it sends me back to the general overview page or when i charge crysta it sends me back to the amount selection oage even after finishing the side of the payment provider (without adding the crysta or charging me the amount.)
I'm sorry for asking here but taking 2 whole hours just to be able to add crysta and pay my sub is incredibly demotivating so i wanted to see of other people had the issue and if there is a known fix?
