In the Return to Ivalice quest "Desire," there's a line of dialogue with no attribution! It looks like it might be intentional to indicate that all three Bangaa are saying it in the big text box, but it definitely looks wrong in the log, and the other instances in the game where multiple people say something in unison haven't been handled like this, so I'm just guessing it's unintentional.
