So, for context, I have spent 6 months and $40 on this. I have asked around the community, i've asked GM's, i've looked everywhere online. With all of that done, I can say with confidence that the implementation of this item is bugged.
Magicked Prism (Heart), not to be confused with Magicked Prism (Hearts) (plural), is just a simple magicked prism which has your character throw up a heart-shaped balloon. That is all it does, and it seems like the intent was for it to be tied to the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding. Many sources online will claim that they are purchased from the Ceremony Outfitter, an NPC who can only be accessed by characters doing the quest for the Ceremony. This isn't true, but they do sell the similarly named "Magicked Prism (Hearts)".
"That's all very exclusive and time-limited to during a quest, but it doesnt even involve the item thats supposedly bugged" i hear you thinking. "Also this post is very long for a Magicked Prism" excellent point, i'll get on with it!
The Item Just Appears In Your Inventory.
So yeah, I bought the platinum plan since nothing happened on the regular free ceremony plan, and it just at some point with no indication anywhere appears in your inventory. I think it comes at the same time as the 2 Sets of Wedding Glam from the Ceremony Outfitter, but just with no warning and it isnt listed anywhere. You get Exactly 2 (Two) of these prisms per person being bonded, there is no way to get more because they are sold by no one, and they just appear in your inventory with no warning or mention. Thank goodness they give you 2 so when you inevitably go "huh whats that" and pop one to find out, you still have a spare to actually use for what i assume is its intend purpose of getting a wedding photo. Anyway super sketchy item, glad i could finally put this mystery to rest after months of sleuthing. I really wish the answer was "actually i remember buying them from the vendor, it must be Platinum Plan Exclusive" because I Really Want To Throw Unlimited Heart Balloons.
