I don't know if this is a bug or a feature 
But when i'm doing dungeons, including daily MSQ as healer, i sometimes lose focus. It happens when zoning while inside a dungeon, but often also after a cutscene.
That can be a problem if you use macro's that are cast on focus (eg : tank), since they no longer work after zoning/cutscenes.
