 | So I was browsing the interwebs, and looking at the FFXIV tropes page. I was going through several of the lists and notice that it said the nameless duty support NPCs are actually quite popular. So popular that players wish SE would give them names. So why don't we do just that, let's name them. We have a Seawolf male Roegadyn, a Midlander male Hyur, a Dunesfolk female Lalafell, and a Wildwood female Elezen. For the Roe - Ofanmoht Wysseyhasyn, meaning Clear Mind, son of Wise Oak. I think that's fitting for a tank, lol. For the Hyur - Iovan Mercer. Iovan comes from the Celtic god of healing and youth, Iovantucarus, and Mercer is similar to mercy. For the Lala - Mimika Mika. Nothing special here, it was the first thing that came to mind and I liked it. For the Elezen - Arlette Primerain. Arlette meaning noble warrior in French, and Primerain just being one of the default names I liked.
