Launcher Outage Notice (Oct. 13, 14)

[RSS News]

We are currently experiencing an issue where the Play button may not appear after launching the Final Fantasy XIV launcher, or where, even if it does appear, players may be unable to log in due to a network error.

We have also confirmed that Lodestone news may not display properly in the launcher due to a network error. We have also confirmed an issue where new Lodestone news cannot be posted and existing news content cannot be updated. We will provide updates regarding this service disruption on the official forum (https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/forum.php).

We are currently investigating the issue and working to resolve it, so we ask for your patience as we work to restore service.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our customers.
