We have identified the issues listed below, which are being investigated and addressed. Additional information will follow as the situation develops.

[Known Issues]
■In the housing section, furnishings may not display properly.
*We have received several inquiries regarding issues such as items no longer appearing on the screen even though the number of items on screen does not exceed 400, and the system failing to correctly hide items when the number exceeds 400. Although we have been investigating these issues using various methods, including copying the house data provided by customers into our development environment for verification, we have not yet been able to reproduce the issue in our development environment. For that reason, we have not been able to determine the specifics of the phenomenon or identify its cause. We are currently prioritizing this issue and are working to resolve it, so we ask for your patience until the issue is addressed.

■ In the Alliance Raid Dungeon Windurst: The Third Walk, if a player character who has been knocked out selects Starting Point at a specific moment after defeating the boss in the Promathia battle, the screen remains black.
*If encountering this issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but kindly try restarting the client.

■Some textures in the first field of the high-difficulty content Futures Rewritten (Ultimate) are not displaying properly. (PlayStation®5 only)

■When female characters other than Lalafell equip certain body gear together with the leg gear Dirndl Long Skirt, the graphics may not display correctly depending on the motion or pose.

■With the minions Caprino and Wind-up Red XIII, black dots may appear on the model if Texture Resolution is set to Standard, or when playing on the PlayStation®4 / Xbox Series S versions. (Windows® / Mac / Steam / PlayStation®4 / Xbox Series S only)

■During crafting, when changing class/jobs at the same time transitioning from the crafting idle state to the normal state (i.e., from being seated with your crafting tool drawn to standing), you may become immobilized.
*If planning to change class/job, please avoid doing so at the exact moment of transitioning from the crafting idle state to the normal state.

■Selecting the Search Recipes Using This Material from the subcommand menu of any pigment, then opening the Crafting Log from that screen will open a recipe that uses Purple Pigment regardless of which pigment you started from.
*When opening the Crafting Log from the main menu, all the pigment recipes listed will display correctly, so please use this method as a workaround.

■In the Quest Progression Settings section of the Character Configuration, the Quest NPC determination incorrectly includes housing gardens, hired NPCs, and mannequins.

■When the gauge for certain jobs reaches a specific level, the controller does not vibrate upon using a DualSense wireless controller. (Windows® / Steam only)

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may be causing.
