Last year, when Starlight started, the music in the Lower Jeuno instance changed to the seasonal music played in FFXI this time of year. This year, the music has once again swapped to the holiday version, but the goblin music vendor also has a seasonal section added to his options!
You can get the Starlight music as an orchestrion roll for a tattered scroll from either of the two Jeuno raids.
