Like healers for example feel a lot simpler and more similar (each with 1 single target damage, 1 AoE damage, 1 DoT). Tanks feel a lot more similar and simpler too.
Is this the overall direction they're going for or is it a reset so they can get things manageable and then slowly start to differentiate the jobs and complexity to them again? Healers especially feel rather dull.
