I was running solo PT when I got disconnected. I logged back in almost immediately and my character was already out of the instance. I thought that maybe I was unfortunate enough to be killed by a random mob in the 1 minute of me logging in. But then I tried going in with a party, the same thing happened. I got disconnected, logged back in and was left out of the instance while everybody else was waiting inside. They got out eventually because the teleportation couldn't be activated, and our savefile was deemed failure. Did this happen to everyone else too???
