It’s exhausting that so many times a single players mistake can wipe the entire group. I understand this kind of design in Savage or Ultimate, where the expectation is perfect execution and coordinated groups. But in non‑Savage content, it just isn’t fun.

Like, for example: in EX3 of Dawntrail, before people outgeared it, groups constantly wiped to meteors or the ice phase because one person made a mistake. In Zelenia, one person missing the slash mechanic or failing the rose mechanic wipes the group. Necron was… a lot. Doomtrain was fine, but this new EX has a mechanic where orbs chase players, and if someone dies while running from them, the orbs jump to someone else. Since most groups stack in the middle, this usually leads to a full wipe.

I’m not asking for the fights to be made easier. Tight enrages, healing checks, and personal responsibility are all fine. But the one mistake = everyone dies design just is not fun anymore.

Please consider stepping away from one persons mistake = death for everyone in Evercold’s Extreme content. There are plenty of ways to keep fights engaging without making a single error instantly fatal to the entire party.
