For like the past hour ive been trying to set up a free trial of Final Fantasy XIV but I've been constantly hit with Square telling me that my ID or password isn't valid. I've changed the password several times but it didn't work. I tried going to the account management but I couldn't even get in because of the same issue. I've even created a new Square Enix account with a brand new email but I ran into the same issue. At this point ive given up for the night and decided to consult to the subreddit for answers on how to solve this issue.
