Sorry I'm posting here too. :/ have waited 2 weeks and haven't heard a peep.
For all of 2 minutes I got in today. Someone in my fc said 'hi'', couldn't respond ofc.
I have done everything the internet says might help. Nothing has helped. What did you all do to the game? My computer is older. New to me, better than I had before, and has been great for the past 7+ months. Beastmaster starts and for 12(?) days I get to try it. And then that 2nd patch, and I'm locked out, can't move, do all the internet says should help. Then I see we have two weeks to 'log in' before we get locked out of telling what is going on?
I have an open ticket (31130931), no one has gotten back to me. I can't move, respond in game, switch classes, etc. This is a nightmare. Am I to lose my FC, my house, I did lose my pvp rank. NO one has gotten back to me. I have played 3,210 days. Rank 4 according to the game.
This is all you ff14. I'm boring. I don't go to things to my computer except for YOU, youtube, and some solitare.
HELP ME- At least get me back in and moving. Fix things on your side.
