I'm currently waiting for the game to release on switch in August, and i genuinely cannot wait to get my hands on it and join you all. I've been wanting to play the game for years but never had a system I could comfortably play it on until now. I've been itching for an mmorpg to sink my teeth into, and the more I learn about FFXIV, the more excited I get. I know I'll get addicted. I know I'll rant about it for hours to my boyfriend and make him play it with me. I know I'll spend half of my time just researching the mechanics, the lore, the best ways to play the certain roles, etc.
I'm also so excited to create my own character and get invested in their story (and possibly get super attached to them lol).
And I cannot WAIT to interact with the community!! I've only heard good things about you all :]
That being said, if anyone has any tips for when I get started, I'd absolutely love to hear! <3
