I had to reinstall Windows on my PC after something happened but it's all up and running now. I tried to reinstall FFXIV with STEM (originally did it in browser) but it wouldn't let me log in. I then tried to download it on browser but it says I can't install the free trial since I already have an account. I was at the very beginning when I had to reinstall Windows so I wasn't at the demo max or anything. I already changed my password and have no clue what to do
