Make a new character, boost it to Endwalker, and never never never unlock any trials or raids before Endwalker.
You still experience the hell of dog shite content when doing levelling roulette and get stuck 9 out of 10 times with a free trial parasite doing Shiteastasha, but you will never, ever, ever, have to do any horrible, low level garbage content. The inspiration to do this was making the most recent relic where it forces us to use the Duty Roulette to upgrade it.
This is the best decision I ever made. I encourage any other PAYING customer to do this if you want to have the most enjoyable experience playing FFXIV using Duty Roulette. You will no longer have to suffer the pain of playing jobs at horribly low levels ever again.
