Hello All. Been following the sub fir a bit and had a housing question. I currently have a small guild house.
I am debating trying to move up to a Medium house. My question is...how exactly is that done? I know there is some sort of upgrade process but the game doesn't really seem to spell it out for stupid people like me.
I think i keep the workshop in the transfer? All the items in the house get moved as well? Outside items too?
What about the money I spent on the small house?
I guess a step by step woukd be best for me if someone doesn't mind?
