I'm trying to transfer a character from Balmung to Mateus since both are currently open, but I'm not getting the world in a drop-down list to transfer to.
Is it because of congestion still and something isn't right...? I've already character transferred a few times before but this is the first time this has happened. I can't also click a current 'home world' for them from the dropdown list, it just gives me ------.
