disclaimer, I know many of you may have heard these questions many times, sorry.
I'm a long time fan of the series that bever got the chance to get into XIV, I know the developing story, I found me myself watching the netflix series, and played collab in for example the monster hunter franchise, and years later I'm actually trying to figure out how to move.
long story short for personal and medical reason I can't afford to pay a monthly subscription to play to game. I read about the free trial giving the possibility to play the first three story arcs, but I saw that what steam sells as "XIV Online Starter Edition" includes the same three arcs. is that "only" a discounted first month being 9,99? do I get anything other than a 30 days trial by purchasing it?
and, at least on steam the only dlc is dawntrail, so where/how can I step into shadowbringers and endwalker? And most importantly if I have/get to take a month or so will I be able to step back into the free opportunity or will I forever be binded as premium and locked out of the game?
I don't want to sound rude or stingy, but as I feel like this gane is a great time I just want to manage my possibilities the best I can...
