Situation:
I need helmet crabs. I have already unlocked them while fishing at Brewer Beacon for Navigator's Dagers, but they're rare. The recommended location for higher spawning rate is at the Slat Strand in Lower la Noscea.
Problem:
No matter where I stand at the Slat Strand, when I cast, I get the notification "you can sense something swimming below, but your are unable to locate where...".
My question:
Why? What do I miss (fisher level 19)?
