1. As a Miqot'e female (but possibly other races) equip the great lengths hairstyle

2. Wear a hood such as the YoRHa type-51 hood of scouting

3. No hair will be displayed for the great lengths hairstyle (the bangs or front of other long hairstyles do display with hoods, it seems only this one doesn't show anything but baldness which looks bad)
