Good afternoon! After getting bounced around by GMs a little I've been adviced to make a bug report.
The issue is as follows: Today I found out that a large sum of gil (between 12 or 15 million, exact figure unknown) has seemingly disappeared without a trace from the Free Company Chest. I believe I remember having seen the sum just last week still there when I made a 6 million gil deposit. Other Free Company members can corroborate at least having seen sums around the same amount in the chest. Today only the large deposit from last week remains. The chest now reads 6 million gil exactly, when it should be a lot more.
Critically, the History does not show any kind of withdrawal in the timeframe specified, though I cannot 100% exclude the possibility that the gil was withdrawn beforehand, since the log does not go that far back. Since two other members and my own memory say there should be at least 12 million gil, I suspect a bug has somehow claimed the currency.
I've tried withdrawing and depositing the gil again, thinking it might be an issue with the interface, but I was unable to. I have also counted my own currency and that of my retainers and none of them have suddenly gained the gil. Nobody else in the Free Company has the gil and I believe them, since they are allowed to take as much as they need anyway.

1. before 31/05/2026 We added various amounts of currencies and other items to the Free Company Chest over a long period of time - allowing members to withdraw freely whatever they needed, on a honor basis. (The gil tab reads various amounts, up to over 150 million gil at one point. Those were withdrawn without any issue)
2. 31/05/2026 10:30 I took out a large quantity of items and sold them to vendors, netting about 9~ million gil. I deposited 6 million into gil tab afterwards. It reads about 20 million gil or thereabouts at this point.
3. 07/06/2026 Upon logging in I find the gil tab now displays 6 million gil, exactly as much as I deposited a week back. The History does not show any kind of withdrawal in the meantime, I am the first to touch the gil tab today.
I hope you can help me figure out where the missing gil have gone to. GMs pointed me at this forum to report it as a bug.
