So kinda like the title. Trying to help a friend with the game who is brand new. Had to help him change his homeworld to Seraph with a new character but even then, we aren't showing up for each other in game. When I make a party with him to try and find him, his info is grayed out and vice versa on his end.
This is what it looks like on my screen.
This is what his character login shows. And it does list Seraph as his homeworld as well. Last I check, it also shouldn't matter that I'm on PC and he's on Xbox since FFXIV is cross-platform unless we're missing something
