I would like some way to display if a player didn't put in at least 1 cipher. The main reason for this is so that if a player forgets to put in at least 1 cipher other players will be able to remind them specifically to put in a cipher so they don't miss out on joining Forked Tower. An example idea on implementing this would be that when you put in a cipher you gain a buff for putting in a cipher. The buff would be displayed to other players if they target you or in the party list.
