I got my emote in my email this morning because I ordered the collab meal online and picked it up. When I got home, I went to the redemption page and entered my 17-digit order number from the top of my email receipt.
Today, I asked my girlfriend if she had gotten her emote, but, since she ordered in-person (and at a separate location elsewhere in California), she entered the 4-digit order number from the top of her receipt and hadn't gotten hers. She sent a photo of her own physical receipt and I noticed a 17-digit Order ID at the bottom of the receipt with the same four numbers at the beginning as my order number at the top of my email receipt.
I'm not entirely sure if this is what's causing your problems, but the wording on the redemption page may be misleading. I hope this helps you all feed your Warriors of Light.
