 | I originally bought FFXIV during 1.0, subbed briefly, and even ended up as a Legacy player. I was pretty young at the time and life got in the way, so I only played for about a week before stepping away. I came back a couple years ago, picked up all the expansions, and played up to around level 50 before taking another break. I returned again last week, pushed through ARR, and I’m really glad I did. Now I finally understand the experience so many players talk about when it comes to ARR. I’m genuinely excited for Heavensward and everything that comes next. I’m even thinking about picking up DRK as my next job. I do wish I had been around for the hype during each expansion launch, but at the same time, I’m happy I still have so much of the game ahead of me to experience for the first time. submitted by /u/Thenelwave [link] [comments] |
