*The Hotfixes indicated were addressed on each Duty World with no maintenance interruptions. The fixes were completed on all Worlds at the following time:

FINAL FANTASY XIV Hotfixes (Sep. 18, 2026)
■ The following issues have been addressed:
・In the Crucible of the Unbroken, after recovering the HP of a familiar with two or more feed that increase maximum HP, returning the familiar and summoning them again could revert their HP to the amount prior to recovery.
・In the Crucible of the Unbroken, feeding familiars Oyster Simular then summoning them out of combat could increase familiar TP by 100.
・Under certain circumstances, the effects of potions and other items did not expire upon entering the Crucible, allowing players to begin the duty with the effects applied.
