This is my first forum post ever, so apologies if the formatting is rough lol.
So for the longest time, I, along with many others, have wanted some kind of Kingdom Hearts collaboration with FFXIV. Even if it’s not a full crossover event, I would honestly love to see at least a KH-themed MogStation item or cosmetic set added someday.
I understand there are probably complications between Square Enix and Disney regarding licensing, but Kingdom Hearts has had Final Fantasy ingrained into it from the very beginning. Seeing absolutely no collaboration content between the two franchises feels like such a missed opportunity!
What inspired me to finally make this post was the recent reveal of Character Action Skins at Fan Fest.
The very first thing that came to mind was the Teleport/Return animation.
Imagine replacing the normal teleport animation with the dark corridor portals used by Organization XIII in Kingdom Hearts. Your character stepping into a corridor of darkness before teleporting away would look insanely cool.
Some other fun ideas I’d love to see:
• Keyblade-inspired weapon glamours
• Kingdom Hearts orchestrion rolls
• Heartless or Nobody minions
• Organization XIII themed outfits
• KH-themed emotes or mounts
I feel like there’s so much potential here, and I know the community would absolutely love it.
