 | https://preview.redd.it/kxj85s4t896...bp&s=655382c31ab977931133b216a8ea8153b8e7f06e I created a launcher "Echo Gate" for the 3 major platforms, it's open source under license of course, and allows for client detection, installation and auto setup for all platforms. Wine versions already installed are auto detected, and installation of the correct container and prefix is also automated for those platforms. Users can create accounts for the hosted server (My new version of Meteor which fixes many things) directly from the launcher as well. The updated server builds are working for not only Windows, but also Linux and Mac. Which means anyone can now host a XIV1.0 server very easiliy. The launcher will download and install client and it's patch files and apply them to the 1.0 base install, it will also update any client prior to 1.23b up to this version. Manual patching and client path is also included. For Windows users, the extra client features such as running via moltenvk or newer APIs or Wine/Crossover are not options.
