 | Hello, friends. I would like to share my story with you. Few years ago, I set a goal to collect all of Final Fantasy XIV Collector’s editions boxes (new). Unfortunately, collector’s boxes were never available for purchase in my country. Whole this time me and my brother spend tons of time to find proper item on the internet. Finally in 2026 we managed to buy most of the collector’s editions boxes (even the rarest Shadowbringers). Yesterday we receive the first package from my friend from other country (I cannot send collectors boxes right into my country so I had to ask my friend help) – Original, A Realms Reborn, Heavensward and Endwalker. But my joy was completely crashed when I saw Heavensward and Endwalker boxes’ seal were removed (in Endwalker case even the boxes was slightly damaged). But real nightmare was waiting for me when I started to check boxes inside Endwalker – both smaller boxes (Lopporit plushie and Paladin’s figure) had the signs of fall – the result for figure was terrible – it was damaged (sword and shield have broken). My investigation led me to terrible surprise – on the way to me the packages were opened and smaller boxes from Endwalker removed and damage. Neither me or my friend was informed about this so right now I have to deal with transport company in the claim’s procedure. I really hope you will never meet such a terrible attitude toward such unique items.
