I'm clearing out our FC of people who haven't been on for a while to make room for new members. I have no issues with these players; they just haven't been on. But if they ever decide to come back, I wish I had a way to tell them they are welcome back in the FC. It would be nice if FC Leaders had a way to send messages to a single member, even if they are not on each other's friends list. Even if it was a one-way thing.
