FanFest Japan Questions

Hey everyone! I'm considering attending FanFest JP and got some questions - maybe someone attended before or had experiences with it?

So my trail of thoughts:

1) For JP FanFest tickets you'll need to either attend a lottery or buy official resell tickets of those who doesn't need one. Both of these methods are done through SE App and store for which you'll need JP SE account and working subscription (starter pack should suffice)

2) To make this account you'll need to write you name in katakana and select JP address - which is not verified by any serious way (if it's not too obviously fake). Also you'll need JP credit card to pay for tickets and subscription - here prepaid cards should work? Like WebMoney for example.

3) Let's assume i'll manage to get the tickets by myself via lottery or resell functionality - will JP staff even let me in? I heard there are usually ID checks on entrance, and if the name is written in katakana - there won't be ID mismatch logically speaking, but knowing JP rules I won't be surprised if I'll get denied on entrance either way, simply because I'm not a resident of Japan.

So the main questions are:

1) Are non-japan residents even allowed to enter if the tickets bought are through their shop? And names on tickets and account are written in katakana while ID is in English? Can some mismatches happen there? Or it doesn't matter that much as long as the names are not totally different.

2) Does anyone had any experience attending JP FanFest? If so - will described method work in theory? Obviously there is no lottery open yet, so we can't check it.

Any help, suggestions or experiences with this are appreciated!!!
