Evolved Combat is SE's chance to make jobs with varying difficulty levels

It would be cool if SE decided to have at least one "working man's" job in each role that is simple to pick up and understand, and at least one "sweat" job in each role for people that want a high skill expression job with a nuanced rotation that requires heads up play. Then they could try to make the rest of the jobs fall somewhere in between that. It would allow people who love rotational difficulty to have some of that, while still giving people who want a simple set rotation something to work with.

This is something that other games do quite often, and I think there are enough jobs in the game that it could work well here too. Most of the easier jobs could be concentrated in the ARR section since that's where all players have to start, and most of the harder jobs could be concentrated in the expansions because most people will have more experience before playing them.

I imagine the split to be something like:

Easy-PLD, WHM, DRG, VPR, SMN, DNC
Normal-WAR, DRK, SCH, AST, MNK, RPR, BRD, BLM, PCT
Hard-GNB, SGE, NIN, SAM, RDM, MCH

I doubt they would be willing to risk the friction of a player deciding that their favorite job is too hard for them to have fun playing. If they did do it, it could cater to players of varying skill levels better overall.
