Eternity Ring anniversary date displays as ????.???? after Home World transfers

Description:
The anniversary date displayed on my Eternity Ring has been replaced by ????.????.
My character has undergone Home World transfers in the past, and I believe the issue may have appeared following one of these transfers.
The Eternal Bond anniversary data itself does not appear to be lost. When I speak with Hawu Bajihri and ask about my anniversary, the NPC is still able to retrieve and tell me the correct original anniversary date.
However, inspecting the Eternity Ring still displays ????.???? under “Anniversary” instead of the correct date.
Steps:
1. Obtain/inspect the Eternity Ring on the affected character.
2. The Anniversary field displays ????.????.
3. Speak with Hawu Bajihri regarding the Eternal Bond anniversary.
4. Hawu Bajihri correctly identifies the original anniversary date.
5. Inspect the Eternity Ring again.
6. The ring continues to display ????.????.
Expected result:
The Eternity Ring should display the anniversary date associated with the Eternal Bond.
Actual result:
The Anniversary field displays ????.????, despite Hawu Bajihri still being able to retrieve the correct anniversary date.
Additional information:
I have transferred this character between Home Worlds in the past. I do not know exactly which transfer caused the anniversary information on the ring to stop displaying correctly.
