Dungeon design needs to change

Dungeons as they are now, are following a formula that is nearly 10 years old and because of that they feel repetitive and stale.
  • Follow the path - 2 packs of monsters
  • Boss fight in a round or square arena
  • Follow the path - 2 packs of monsters
  • Boss fight in a round or square arena
  • Follow the path - 2 packs of monsters
  • Boss fight in a round or square arena

I know this is easy to design and they can even copy and paste programing to save time but there is a point where dungeons are no longer fun because I know what is going to happen nearly ever time. Tank pulls the boss, boss's first cast bar is an aoe attack... etc...

The only thing that is different is the art work and music, and in that regards, those teams really rock.

I hope that Evercold changes things up because I love dungeons, they are my comfort food of the game when it comes to daily activities. As it is now though, I have not done a dungeon in weeks, and it feels bad.
